Dispensary email, loyalty, and wallet cards: one platform, built on your store's real data
Every feature below starts from the same place: a live feed of your POS catalog, offers, and tickets. That data writes your campaigns, keeps points current on wallet cards, and proves revenue at the register. You spend your time approving good ideas, not producing them.
Email Marketing
Cannabis-approved sending on dedicated IPs, a drag-and-drop designer, and a product picker that pulls live catalog cards complete with images, prices, and menu deep links.
Explore Email Marketing →Automated Campaigns
A daily feed of ready-to-send emails built from your banners, expiring batches, restocks, and best sellers, each with a visible “why this email” reason before you press send.
Explore Automated Campaigns →Wallet Cards
The only dispensary wallet card that changes its artwork: tonight’s promo image pushed to the face of every Apple and Google Wallet card your customers hold.
Explore Wallet Cards →Loyalty
Points that live on the card, QR signup flows with consent records, per-budtender signup attribution, and win-back segments built from real purchase history.
Explore Loyalty →Deliverability
Our own mail infrastructure, two dedicated IPs per store, and an automated warm-up governor with safety auto-pause. Measured 40.1% Gmail opens head-to-head vs 19.7%.
Explore Deliverability →Attribution
Not clicks. Register receipts. Per-campaign POS-verified revenue with named buyers, in-store vs pickup splits, and deduped windows (available on Treez today).
Explore Attribution →Segmentation
Plain-language rules on real POS purchase data: bought or didn’t buy in N days, spend thresholds, lapsed regulars. Not click proxies borrowed from an ad platform.
Explore Segmentation →MCP / AI Agent Control
A live MCP server your AI agent can drive today for wallet pushes: dry-run previews, confirm-to-execute, audit trail. Email campaign control via MCP is on the roadmap.

These aren't eight disconnected tools sharing a login. They're one pipeline, and the order matters:
1. Your POS connects
A deep Treez or Dispense integration syncs your catalog, offers, brands, expiring batches, restocks, and ticket lines. One flagship store synced 22,085 customers and 59,406 tickets in about ten minutes. Already on Alpine IQ? Keep it. We import your audiences and sync opt-outs both ways.
2. The data writes campaigns
The suggestions feed turns what's actually happening in your store into designed, ready-to-send emails: banner blasts lifted from your own menu carousels, expiring-product flash sales, back-in-stock notes, best sellers with real sold counts, and win-back sends for lapsed regulars. One store had 899 of them, with the matching segment built automatically.
3. Sends leave on infrastructure you own
Every store gets two dedicated IPs on our own mail servers, one for marketing and one for transactional, with per-store DKIM and rDNS. A warm-up governor ramps new volume automatically and pauses itself if complaints or bounces cross safety thresholds.
4. Wallet cards carry it into the pocket
Customers join by scanning a QR; the card lands in Apple or Google Wallet with live loyalty points on its face. When a promo goes out, the promo artwork itself is pushed to every installed card. That is a channel no carrier can filter and no inbox can bury.
5. The register settles the score
A nightly POS ticket sync matches campaigns to completed purchases: buyers, tickets, and revenue per campaign, with overlapping attribution windows deduped before any total. One campaign produced $4,843 in POS-verified revenue in seven days; the first buyer showed up six minutes after send.
Curious what that pipeline looks like against your own menu? The Treez integration page walks through exactly which fields flow in, and the integrations hub covers every other POS and platform we connect to.
How this stacks up against Alpine IQ and SpringBig
Alpine IQ is the feature-count leader in cannabis marketing, and if you need SMS or multi-step automation journeys today, it belongs on your shortlist. But its breadth has a cost structure and a workload attached: pricing is quote-based with per-message components (we computed roughly $2.47 per 1,000 emails from real invoices), and its complexity supports an entire agency market that exists just to operate it. Campaigns start from static templates; audience syncs are reported to lag up to a day. Our answer is narrower and sharper: flat public pricing, campaigns generated from live POS inventory with visible reasoning, and immediate sends on dedicated IPs. The full side-by-side lives on the Alpine IQ alternative page.
SpringBig is SMS-first, and its email toolset is widely reported as the weaker half of the product. Many operators pair it with a dedicated email partner. There's also a platform-risk question every buyer should ask before signing a multi-year contract: SpringBig's own filings disclose going-concern doubt and a Notice of Default from noteholders (April 2026). We'd rather you verify than take our word for it. The SpringBig alternative page cites every claim to the source. Either way, your contacts export from our platform any time; your data is never a hostage.
Why not just use Klaviyo or Mailchimp?
Generic email platforms fail dispensaries in three predictable ways. First, policy risk: Klaviyo tolerates cannabis email but bans cannabis SMS outright, and Mailchimp's terms leave cannabis senders one compliance review away from a frozen account. Your list shouldn't live somewhere it's merely tolerated. Second, shared IPs: on a generic ESP your deliverability is chained to thousands of strangers' sending behavior. We give every store its own dedicated IPs on infrastructure that was approved for sending with full cannabis disclosure. No gray area.
Third, and most practically: Klaviyo has never seen your POS. It doesn't know what expires Friday, what came back in stock, or which regulars haven't visited in 45 days, so every campaign starts from a blank canvas. Our platform starts from your ticket data and hands you the campaign already built. That's the difference between a sending tool and a marketing engine, and it's priced flat. See pricing for the actual numbers, on the actual website.
What's live and what's coming
Live today: email marketing with the full designer and product picker, the auto-generated campaign feed, wallet cards with live artwork pushes, loyalty with budtender attribution, dedicated-IP deliverability with the warm-up governor, POS-verified attribution on Treez, purchase-rule segmentation, and MCP control of wallet pushes. Labeled roadmap: email campaign control through MCP, and multi-step automation journeys. If a page on this site describes a roadmap item, it says so in plain text. Switching platforms is disruptive enough without discovering the demo was a mockup.
