Pricing
Pricing that's actually on the website
Alpine IQ and SpringBig make you book a sales call to learn a price. We think that quote wall is itself a pricing signal. Our model is simple: $250, $350, or $500 a month by send volume, no message credits, no per-email fees, and founding-customer rates while we grow. It works for everyone from a single storefront to operators sending up to 5 million emails a month.
Think in %, not $
The number that matters is the percentage of your current bill that stays in your pocket. Here is the anchor, from real invoices: one store's monthly sending cost went from $1,240 on Alpine IQ in June to $12 with us in July. Same store, same sends, a 99% reduction in sending cost. When we quote your store, we put your savings percentage right next to the number, and you can hold us to it.
Pricing, on the pricing page
One flat monthly price based on how much you send. Every feature is in every plan: automated campaigns, wallet cards, segments, attribution, your own mail server instance and dedicated IP, POS integrations. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, because holding features hostage is how the incumbents get to a $2,000 invoice.
Pick your volume
Every tier is one flat monthly price. As a founding customer you lock your rate: the price you join at is the price you keep.
Single Store
$250/mo
Up to 125,000 sends a month
One storefront, the whole platform. This is the tier where most independents land, and the one the ~$700 comparison on our homepage is built against.
- Everything in the list below, all of it
- One store, unlimited contacts
- Your own mail server instance and dedicated IP, warmed up and watched for you
- Migration from your current platform included
Multi-Store
$350/mo
Up to 250,000 sends a month
Two to five locations sending real volume. Same platform, more room, per-store reporting so each manager sees their own numbers and HQ sees the roll-up.
- Everything in Single Store
- Per-store reporting and per-store sending identity
- Store-level and chain-level segments
- Priority onboarding: we do the cutover with you
Chain
$500/mo
Up to 500,000 sends a month
Serious list, serious cadence. At this volume a per-contact platform is charging you four figures a month for the same sends.
- Everything in Multi-Store
- Dedicated IPs split by store or by brand
- Priority onboarding and a named contact for deliverability
- Quarterly deliverability review with your inbox numbers
High volume
Custom
500,000 – 5,000,000 sends a month
Built for senders up to 5 million a month. MSOs, multi-brand groups, and anyone whose current invoice has a comma in it. Tell us the volume and we'll price it, with your savings percentage printed next to the number.
- Everything in Chain
- Built for senders up to 5M/month
- Custom POS and platform connectors built during onboarding
- Priority onboarding across every location, rolled out store by store
Every plan includes every feature, at every tier
- Automated campaigns built from your live store data
- Live-artwork Apple & Google Wallet cards
- Segments built from real POS purchases
- Per-campaign revenue attribution, verified against POS tickets
- Your own mail server instance and dedicated sending IP, with the IP neighborhood managed by us
- POS integrations (Treez, Dutchie, Dispense, Flowhub, Cova)
Founding customer pricing. These are the rates we're launching at, and the rate you join at is the rate you keep. We don't re-price you when the list grows or when we do. If you outgrow a tier, you move up to the next published number. No renegotiation, no surprise true-up.
No per-contact fees. No setup fee. No message credits. Your list can double and your invoice doesn't move. Migration from your current platform, domain and IP setup, and the assisted cutover are all included. There is nothing to buy before you can send.
Sending 125k on a legacy platform? You're probably paying ~$700.
Legacy loyalty suites bill you per contact, so the invoice grows every time your list does, even when you send the same campaigns to the same people. We price the sending itself.
Typical for legacy per-contact platforms. Check your own invoice. Not a quote from any named vendor.
Monthly sending bill
Your sending bill
Legacy per-contact platform, shared IP pool
$650-750/mo (typical)
Your own mail server + dedicated IP
$250/mo
~64%
less · ~$450/mo back in your pocket
The band we see most often on invoices at this list size.
You are not buying a seat on a shared platform. We stand up a mail server instance for your store and give it a dedicated sending IP that only your store uses, then we run the whole IP neighborhood around it: warm-up, volume ramp, complaint and bounce thresholds, blocklist monitoring, reverse DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment. That is why the number below is a price rather than a margin on somebody else's platform.
Typical for legacy per-contact platforms; check your own invoice. Not a quote from any named vendor. Firm monthly price for sending at that volume. No per-contact ladder.
What's always included
None of this is an add-on, an upsell, or a "premium tier" surprise. Every plan ships with the full infrastructure story.
- A mail server instance built for your store, not a seat on a shared platform
- Two dedicated IPs per store (marketing + transactional)
- IP neighborhood managed by us: warm-up, thresholds, blocklists, reverse DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Automated warm-up with auto-pause safety rails
- POS revenue attribution on supported integrations (Treez today)
- Unlimited contacts, no per-contact tiers
- One-click unsubscribe compliance, enforced at send time
- Media library hosted on your own domain
- Auto-generated campaign suggestions from your live store data
- Migration and 2-hour setup included, no implementation fee
Why our bill is smaller than theirs
vs. cannabis incumbents
The incumbents layer per-message fees on top of quote-based platform bills. From real Alpine IQ invoices we computed roughly $2.47 per 1,000 emails in per-message charges, fees that scale with your success. SpringBig's model is reportedly message-credit based (quote-based, confirm with them). Modern sending infrastructure costs a fraction of that to operate, which is why we can charge flat and still give every store its own mail server instance and dedicated IPs. See the full breakdowns on our Alpine IQ alternative and SpringBig alternative pages.
vs. generic email tools
Klaviyo and Mailchimp look cheap until you read the cannabis fine print: tolerated at best on email, banned on SMS, shared IP pools, and accounts that can be closed without warning. Whatever you save on the subscription you risk on the asset: your list and your sending reputation. Our infrastructure was approved with full cannabis disclosure, and your reputation lives on IPs dedicated to your store. The whole story is on the deliverability page.
A note on wallet-only pricing
If you are comparing our plans against wallet-only products: Sticky Cards publishes $299/mo (Essentials) and $499/mo (Premium) on their own pricing page for a wallet card alone, with no email platform attached and a static card face. The live-artwork wallet card is in every one of our plans, bundled with the complete email engine, dedicated IPs, and POS attribution. Their card alone costs more than our entire platform at the Single Store tier. Ask for both quotes and compare what a dollar buys.
Honesty fine print: competitor prices mentioned anywhere on this site are reported or quote-based unless verified on the competitor's own website (Sticky Cards' published pricing is the only one we state as fact). Always confirm current pricing with the vendor directly. Ready to move? Setup takes about 2 hours, with a full engagement-first cutover in roughly two weeks.
