Email, loyalty & wallet cards for Cova dispensaries

Cova is one of the most dependable registers in cannabis retail, and it deliberately stays a register, leaning on partners for marketing. That's where we come in: your customer list and catalog connect during onboarding, and your store gets a full email, loyalty, and wallet-card stack without changing anything at the counter.

Live for Cova stores, connected through custom onboarding

Exactly what connects, and how

To be precise about depth: this is onboarding-time connectivity rather than the nightly native sync our Treez integration runs. Stream by stream:

Read-only against your store's data. Opt-outs are enforced at send time on every send, from the first import forward.

On top of that data: campaigns drafted from your catalog with a visible "why this email" reason, sending from dedicated IPs per store, and the only wallet card in cannabis that changes its artwork, with no app download and no carrier filtering.

Setup: your first week

Nothing changes at your register. Onboarding happens entirely on our side of the counter.

  1. Day 1

    Customer list import

Your Cova export runs through the header-tolerant importer: deduped, consent-mapped, opt-outs straight to suppression.

  2. Days 2–3

First sends on your dedicated IPs

The warm-up governor paces early volume with automatic safety pauses while onboarding continues.

  3. Week 1

    Catalog feed finalized

From here the suggestion engine drafts product-led campaigns from your actual menu, with your items and prices, not stock photos.

What Cova stores are usually offered instead

The standard menu for a Cova store is Alpine IQ or SpringBig. AIQ brings real breadth: SMS, push, and a huge integrations catalog that includes Cova. If you need many channels under one roof today, that's a fair choice. It also brings quote-based pricing, per-message email fees, and a complexity level that has spawned an entire agency market just to operate it. SpringBig is SMS-first: strong texting heritage, but email is the reported weaker toolset, and the SMS channel itself lives under permanent carrier-filtering risk in cannabis. We're the email-first third option: flat public pricing, dedicated IPs with cannabis-disclosed approved sending, and wallet cards with live promo artwork. Your marketing also shouldn't be hostage to your POS. Everything here is portable if you ever switch systems.

Versus a mainstream ESP

There's no Cova-to-Klaviyo pipeline waiting on a shelf. A generic ESP means hand-run CSV exports into a platform that never agreed to serve cannabis (Klaviyo tolerates email but bans cannabis SMS; Mailchimp enforcement is unpredictable), on shared IPs whose reputation you inherit. We handle the imports as part of onboarding, send from IPs only your store uses, and generate the campaigns from your data. The blank-template problem disappears entirely. Compare that to what incumbent platforms charge on the pricing page. Ours is public.
