Email, loyalty & wallet cards for Flowhub dispensaries
Flowhub is a solid register and compliance backbone. What it isn't is an email platform. We connect Flowhub stores through custom integration onboarding, with your customer list and catalog flowing in during setup. On top of that we layer a full marketing stack, without asking you to touch your POS.
Exactly what connects, and how
Straight talk on depth: this is custom-onboarding connectivity, not the nightly native sync of our Treez integration. Here's what that means stream by stream:
| Data stream | What flows | Cadence | Powers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer list | Emails, names, phones, consent state, imported through a header-tolerant, dedupe-checked pipeline tied to consent records. | Imported during onboarding | Day-one sending, plain-language segments |
| Catalog & offers | Products, brands, prices, and current specials through a feed we build with you during setup. | Refreshed on a schedule we configure together | Product-led campaigns, deal roundups |
| Wallet cards & signup QRs | Apple and Google Wallet cards with live promo artwork, store QR join pages, per-budtender tracked signup QRs, all POS-independent. | Live from day one | List growth at the counter, live-artwork cards |
| POS revenue attribution | Register-verified revenue per campaign requires our deep ticket feed: supported POS integrations only (Treez today). We won't pretend otherwise. | Treez-first today | Click tracking (totals) in the meantime |
Read-only against your store's data. Opt-outs are enforced at send time on every send, from the first import forward.
On top of that data, Flowhub stores get the full stack: ready-to-send campaigns with a visible "why this email" reason, sending on dedicated IPs you don't share, and wallet cards that take live promo artwork on the card face.
Setup: your first week
Most Flowhub stores send their first campaign within days. The import alone is enough to start.
- Day 1
Customer list import
Your export runs through the header-tolerant importer: deduped, consent-mapped, opt-outs straight to suppression.
- Days 2–3
First sends on your dedicated IPs
The warm-up governor paces early volume with automatic safety pauses while the rest of onboarding continues.
- Week 1
Catalog feed finalized
From here the suggestion engine drafts product-led campaigns from your actual Flowhub menu, not a template library.
The Flowhub store's real alternatives
Flowhub itself offers POS-native loyalty passes. They're genuinely convenient, and if all you want is a points card at checkout, they deserve a look. But they're Flowhub-only and pass-only: no email engine behind them, and no live promo artwork on the card face. Alpine IQ lists a Flowhub integration among its hundred-plus logos, and brings real channel breadth, along with quote-based pricing, per-message email fees, and audience syncs G2 reviewers describe as day-stale. SpringBig will connect Flowhub to an SMS-first program where email is the reported weak half, in a carrier-filtered channel cannabis can never fully trust.
Our angle is simpler: your marketing shouldn't be hostage to your POS. Email on dedicated IPs, wallet cards with live artwork, and public pricing, all portable if you ever change systems.
Versus a mainstream ESP
Klaviyo and Mailchimp have no Flowhub connector, so you'd be running manual CSV exports into platforms whose cannabis policies range from restrictive (Klaviyo bans cannabis SMS and merely tolerates email) to unpredictable. They also put you on shared IPs whose reputation you don't control. We do the import work for you, send from dedicated IPs on cannabis-disclosed, approved infrastructure, and draft the campaigns from your own catalog instead of handing you a blank template.
