Automated Campaigns

Your store's data writes the email. You press send.

Every morning, a feed of designed, ready-to-send campaigns built from what's actually happening in your store: the banners on your menu, the batches nearing expiry, the products that just landed, the regulars who've gone quiet. No blank canvas, no agency invoice. Just campaigns waiting for a yes.

This is the signature feature of our dispensary email marketing platform, and it only works because the platform sits on live POS data, the same connection that powers register-verified revenue attribution after you send.

The campaign roster

Each of these is generated automatically, rendered as a finished email, and scored, so the feed always leads with the campaign most likely to earn its send.

Banner blast

We lift the promotional carousels straight off your own menu site (20 distinct banners detected on one live store) and turn them into a designed, tracked email with per-banner click links.

Expiring-product flash sales

Built from METRC batch expiry dates flowing through your POS. Move product before it becomes a compliance write-off, with the urgency story written for you.

New products

Every product your POS saw for the first time recently, velocity-ranked: the fastest seller gets the hero photo, the rest fill a photo grid with prices and menu deep links. One store's 30-day window surfaced 395 new products.

New brand alerts

When a new brand lands on your shelf, the campaign frames it as an arrival: a branded section with up to three product photos per brand, matched even when your POS spells the brand three different ways.

Back in stock

Real restock detection: products whose multi-day zero-stock streak just ended, with honest "back after 12 days away" notes your regulars actually care about.

Best sellers

Revenue-ranked photo cards from actual ticket lines, with proof baked into the copy: "203 sold" isn't a template placeholder, it's your register data.

Deals, bundles & brand spotlights

Deep discounts, bundle deals, and brand features assembled from your live ecommerce offers, scored by discount depth, stock on hand, image coverage, and what's actually being redeemed.

Win-back for overdue regulars

Lapsed-regular detection from purchase history (one store had 899 regulars quietly overdue). The platform builds the matching audience segment for you at the same time.

From store event to finished email: reasoning you can read

Every suggestion carries visible reason lines and its score math before you send. You'll see exactly why the platform thinks this campaign is worth your audience's attention: which offers scored highest, how deep the discount runs, how much stock is on hand, how many photos it found. Watch the loop below: store events fire, an email drafts itself, and nothing sends until you say yes.

A real reason block looks like this

  • 395 new products detected in your last 30 days, 9 of them with photos, prices, and menu links ready
  • Fastest new arrival is already your #4 seller by revenue this week
  • Best send window from your ticket history: Friday early afternoon

No black box. No agency retainer. If a campaign can't explain itself, it doesn't deserve your list.

The morning feed: four suggestions, fully built, side by side

This is what the feed actually looks like. Four ranked suggestions from last night's POS sync sit on the left; click any of them and the finished email, its recommended audience, and the engine's reasons stay on screen. Nothing flashes past. The banner suggestion even lets you pick between three generated artworks, and the email hero swaps live.

Templates from your live menu: new products, brands, and offers

The template engine reads your POS-connected data (new products, first-seen brands, and your live ecommerce offers) and renders each one as a finished, designed HTML email: header, product cards with real prices and photos, offer blocks with end dates. No drag-and-drop session, no blank canvas; the output is clean HTML that's ready to send the moment you approve it, and it stays in sync as your menu changes. Click through the tabs below to see real template families assemble themselves, with product photos, prices, and offer banners exactly as they render in the sent email.

Versus Alpine IQ's Flows and SpringBig's Autoconnects

Alpine IQ ships a static template library plus Flows, its journey builder. Flows is marketed with "real-time triggers from POS and ecommerce integrations" and "AI Condition nodes," and it is genuinely powerful once configured. The catch is the word "configured": third-party reviewers note AIQ "requires experienced management to extract full value," an entire agency market exists just to run it, and when we audited one live AIQ deployment, the flows feature sat completely unused: zero flows configured. Templates don't know your shelf; a flow you never built sends nothing.

Our approach inverts it: the platform reads your live inventory, offers, and tickets and hands you finished campaigns. Where AIQ's data reportedly syncs with up to ~24 hours of latency and audiences rematerialize overnight, our catalog and offer feeds stay live and tickets sync nightly straight from the POS, via deep integrations with Treez and Dispense.

SpringBig's automation product is Autoconnects™. Its own page lists birthdays, anniversaries, spending milestones, visit milestones, and a "Follow Up" feature among more than 20 automation options, and claims it can "predict when a customer is likely to visit next." Notice what every one of those triggers has in common: they are calendar and lifecycle events about the member. Nothing on the page is inventory-aware: no expiring-batch trigger, no restock detection, no banner or new-brand awareness. Lifecycle automation answers "when should I message this person?" Our campaign feed answers the question neither incumbent asks: "what in my store is worth a campaign today?"

Honest note: if you depend on multi-step automation journeys today (birthday drips, abandoned-cart sequences), AIQ has them and we don't yet; ours are roadmap, not shipped. What we ship today is different: campaigns that generate themselves from live store data, which no template library does.

Versus Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and the blank canvas

Generic marketing-automation tools are built around ecommerce webhooks and a blank editor. For a dispensary that means three problems. First, the terms of service: Klaviyo bans cannabis SMS outright and tolerates email at its own discretion; Mailchimp has historically restricted cannabis accounts, so your channel can vanish with your list inside it. Second, the data: they've never heard of METRC batch expiry, menu banners, restock streaks, or budtender-attributed tickets, so every "automation" starts with you doing the thinking. Third, the sending: shared IP pools where your reputation belongs to strangers.

The blank canvas is the real cost. An email program that depends on someone in the store having time to design campaigns is an email program that quietly stops. A feed of pre-built, explainable campaigns is how sending actually happens every week, and our flat pricing means sending more never costs more per message.
